Very unhelpful

If you can get them on the phone, there very unhelpful and not very pleasant talking to them about problems you have , they make lots of errors and mistakes and are to quick to charge , I got a late payment default on the day the payment went thro and paid them, I protested against it and won my case. Reviewed on: 10th May 2016
