Excellent Customer Service

I was aware that my car insurance was coming up for renewal but hadn't done anything about it, then I received a phone call from Colleen. She was lovely and really helpful, I wasn't able to speak to her at the time so she agreed to call me back at a time when was convenient. Colleen called me back as arranged and we completed the transaction. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
