Refused to insure my 2002 E39 Aegean edition, told me it wasn't a classic car!

I called to insure my E39 Aegean edition and was refused insurance, stating "it's not a classic car"! I only use it for pleasure driving to classic Club meets and Club members with younger car's are insured by the same insurance company....
