Car Write-off

Someone drove into the side of my car (her fault). We were both unhurt but shaken and my car was a write-off. From my first phone call to Saga people were kind and reassuring, making sure I understood the procedure. Everything was organised for me and I was given relevant contact numbers. I felt able to get in touch with any questions and each person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The phone was always answered promptly - no endless music. The replacement car was fine and the valuation on my poor old car was better than expected. The whole process was handled smoothly and I never had to feel alone. Wonderful Saga people!
