Happy mostly.

Price competitive. A little unhappy that the motorhome desk was not manned after 6pm when notifying them of a no fault accident, when another driver turned into my motorhome. I was also asked to ring back the next day. The person answering the phone did not offer to take my number so they could contact me. Issue was resolved when the third party insurers fixed my vehicle.
