Review of the Comfort Insurance, Caravan Insurance:

Genuinely suprised and delighted

I had received the usual annual renewal quote for my motorhome from my existing insurance provider. It had increased in price but didn't seem too bad. I called Comfort Insurance after initially having trouble getting an on-line quote (nb: a problem with my home address and not with the Comfort web site). The operator was extremely helpful. After providing good advice, which included allowing me to delay making a choice on various options until the related accurate quotes were available, the operator gave me an excellent price. This substantially undercut my current provider. I was also given the online discount, in recognition of my problem with using the on-line system, even though I used the phone quote option. The pricing structure is very straightforward and the resulting documentation was emailed to me quickly. All in all it was a very easy process with a genuinely surprisingly low quotation for an excellent level of cover. Reviewed on: 7th September 2017
