I note all the reviews about Waitrose vouchers , great chatty customer services, a wonderful experience setting up a direct debit..... read the comments regarding making a claim , they will firstly try and put you off suggesting your premium will go up then they will send you a ten page document for your GP and advise your GP will charge you then they will advise your excess, if you not already ill , you will be after that drama , customer services ask you to leave reviews , read the reviews POST CLAIM , avoid like the plague Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

I read all the reviews suggesting great friendly service , that's clearly pre - claim , please read the reviews POST CLAIM, they are a gang that don't want to pay out when you need them, your health matters NOT Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
