Does it's job

The insurance itself is fine and is big standard car insurance, the only element of admiral that frustrated me every year is the way they always send a much higher renewal quote even though we haven't claimed or have ever claimed. If you don't phone then this adutomatically renews which means you are being ripped off. I hate the fact I have to play a cat and mouse game with them over price, even after being a customer for 8 years. Last time they tried to up my £380 to £590'but only lowered it to £243 after I provided a quote from the AA. This to me is inadequate service and an unnecessary burden to loyal customers.
