Quality piece of mind

It's great having my premium linked to actual usage, showing that Laka really are about the community and not all about the profit. Their monthly blogs with the statement are really engaging and enlightening, and particularly stand out from the myriad of junk that normally fills my inbox. So far so good!

Laka is really light touch but incredibly reassuring. I love the fact that the insurance is linked to the number of claims, which gives the belief that they are true to their word and not there just for profit! I've not had a claim yet, but came to Laka on the recommendation of a friend that had her bike stolen. The ease with which Laka dealt with the claim was astounding. Hopefully I never need to, but I'm confident if I did need to claim, Laka would be on my side. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
