Totally poor service

Don't try to contact verbally it is just about impossible, have been on hold over an hour finished going into bank 15 miles away, unfortunately not much better advised I call call centre !! Have decided to swap banks as it is unacceptable after 4 days I am in same position Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
