Always calm, kind and professional.

Whenever I have had to contact they have always been extremely helpful. I once had to report a window being smashed and an attempted break in to my car and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful in passing on the details to the get the window repaired and the costing. Considering I was shook up about it, she was both calm and kind as she explained each process. This is a company I would recommend. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Straight forward service

I have been with One Call for several years and I have had other family members be apart of this insurance. I am grateful for the three year fix I currently have, something I could possibly get cheaper but would have to shop around every year. The cover’s inclusiveness means I have peace of mind out on the road. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
