AVOID!

One Call is not an insurance company, they are an agent. When you try to make changes (or they have incorrectly upped your premium in our case) they charge ridiculous admin fees/cancellation charge. That is how they make extra money out of their customers. You can only use their online chat service to try and sort things out, it’s a joke. They’re flying close to the wind. Avoid, and try a more reputable company. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
