Upon phoning to check if I could purchase my house insurance policy found online by phone a most pleasant and helpful member of their team called Amy arranged to call me back the next day at a time of my choosing to set up the policy the whole procedure took only 15mins and I was very pleased with the price and service I received Reviewed on: 9th September 2017
