Outstanding customer service

When I made a claim through my car insurance for something that wasn't my fault I didn't realise just how good One Call Insurance were. From my initial phone call to report the claim through the claim process and finally settlement of the claim, One Call could not have been any better. Their constant communication and updates as to how the claim was going was first class. They made everything so clear explained everything to me at every stage and made sure I understood what they were doing and how the process worked. When it came to finalise and settle the claim they were again very clear as to what they were doing and how the process worked. I am so happy I am insured with One Call Insurance and as a result will retain my insurance with them for their outstanding customer service Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
