Easy to use and excellent cost

One call is the only insurance company I have experienced where their renewal quotes remain highly competitive. Easy to use online portal and great customer service when needed to clarify points of insurance. Wasn’t on hold for ages and advisors actually keen to help and know what they’re doing without having to ‘put you on hold’ or ‘ask their manager’ or ‘I’ll transfer you to another department to deal with it’.
