I've been with one call insurance for about 5years now an I've experienced 1 problem through myself doing. As I tried to change my address on line it wouldn't let me an something went wrong whilst trying to do it. So I had to call them but i forgot too. So I received a letter cancellation of insurance just over a week an half later. So I called the insurance company to resolve the problem. An was sorted within minutes. I've always had a high standard of communication an customer service from one call. I'm very more than happy with my insurance quotes, any problems I have an just one call insurance its self.
