Refused to help me

My car wasn't used for over 18 months due to poor health and then lockdown so MOT well overdue. Booked service and MOT and had to phone ONE CALL for home start due to flat battery. At first they said ok and then phoned me back saying that as the car didn't have a valid MOT or road tax they wouldn't come out. I explained that I needed them to get me going so that I could take it for MOT and that I the car was registered for disabled person and therefore didn't pay road tax but was told that it didn't matter, if not MOT'd they didn't have to attend. Also told me that if I didn't send them proof of MOT and valid road tax within 14 days they would automatically cancel my policy. That was many months ago, the car is still on my drive and today i discovered that they are still taking £37.51 a month from me. What service is that?? Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
