Great communications and online customer portal

I’ve been with One Call for many years now for my car insurance and the team I’ve dealt with have always been so welcoming and helpful. When I’ve called to query a quote I’ve received with another company they have happily matched it, which shows they are customer orientated and not money driven which is just so refreshing to be met with. Their customer portal is so easy to use and it’s so much more time efficient when you’re on the go and don’t need to take up anyone’s time. Big thumbs up! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
