StepChange...a way out of debt!!!

StepChange advisors are very helpful and understanding. The support has been reassuring. I was given options on how to manage my debts and go forward with my life when I was in a lot of debt and couldn't see my way out. Reviewed on: 14th May 2024

Jargon free and understandable

I like the simple and friendly terms used when discussing medical history over the phone with an advisor. It's uncomplicated. My personal experience was when my elderly mother took ill abroad and was repatriated with a nurse who had been flown out to collect her and escort her back to the UK.. It was amazing. The professional way it was all handled made a my whole family feel very reassured she was properly taken care of. I always highly recommend staysure to anyone when talking about holiday insurance cover. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
