Amazing Service & Value for Money

I’ve been with One Call for a year and a half now, when I first joined them, their website was incredibly easy to use (which was helpful when I moved house part way through my first year with them) and they were offering the best price by a considerable amount. Upon renewal, the price I was offered as a standard year was still only £20 more than I could find the cheapest on a comparison site. I decided to stay with them as they had provided incredibly good service over the first year and for £20, I did not believe it to be worth going through the process of changing insurer. When I contacted them via the webchat service to confirm that I had found a cheaper price but would be staying with them, they recalculated a special deal for me which meant that I was put on their Premium Cover which includes more than standard cover and was available as a rolling month by month cover with no cancellation fee if you decided to cancel/move elsewhere part way through the year. In total, the value of my monthly payments over 12 months will work out cheaper than any quote I could find on a comparison site and it also gives me flexibility without being penalised if I were to get a new car and need a new quote part way through the year.
