Withdrawn Direct Debit Facility

I've been with YBS for 20 years and they've suddenly decided to withdraw all Direct Debits and Standing Orders. They've told me I can use Switch to move them to another bank account, but it's not possible from my YBS account. I'll have to phone 30 different companies and change everything over, really bad service wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I'll be closing all my accounts and moving my mortgage to a different lender.
