Exceeded expectations

I had an injury on the bike a month ago and Laka was straight to the rescue. They were incredibly quick to respond to my claim and my contact was friendly, caring and so helpful. They went out of their way to make the claiming process as streamlined as possible. I've now recommended them to several of my cycling friends. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021
