Review of the Comfort Insurance, Caravan Insurance:

Superb company, friendly helpful staff, excellent value!

The initial contact with an insurance company is always the easy bit, they give you a quote and take your money so of course they are friendly. You only truly find out how good they are when you have a problem. In the 3 years we have been with them so far, our Motorhome broke down in France once. The support with their additional European breakdown cover was superb, a garage was with us in a matter of hours. As the vehicle could not be repaired easily they offered me a hire car and brought the Motorhome back for us! On a second occasion after slightly misjudging the gate width and putting a scrape down the side of the van, there was no quibble with Comfort, they booked the van into a local commercial body shop and had it repaired. As a family we can't recommend comfort insurance highly enough and recommend them to everyone. They do not try to wriggle out of claims and genuinely do help! Reviewed on: 12th September 2017
