Support and help to the highest level

When our dog needed an expensive operation they supported us throughout the process ensuring we know exactly what costs would be involved and our financial aspects etc. It was a very anxious and trying time but their approach and understanding made it considerably less stressful and helped ensure a positive outcome. Outstanding customer service

Our dog, just3 years old, suffered cruciate ligament problem and after much investigation it was decided she need a major operation and a metal plate. In her leg. Throughout the whole process ( quite worrying) the Insurance Emporium gave excellent support and explanation as to what was covered by our policy etc. She is now well on the way to recovery and the outlook is positive. I cannot fault them in any way and thanks for making a stressful process easier. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
