great service

I had to claim for a Gore jacket that got damaged when i crashed. The process was super simple and i got the funds to buy a new jacket almost immediately. This is the way that bike insurance should be. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Great service

The whole model of the community company is great. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. I had to make a claim and it was dealt with really quickly. Totally different ethos to a normal insurance company. Great to deal with. Should be the future of insurance. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

fantastic service

i had great service from Laka. I came off my bike and tore an expensive cycling jacket. They organised a replacement super fast and super easily. this is how insurance should be! Reviewed on: 7th October 2021
