A rose in lots of thorns

They are a true internet bank. The only things I cannot do on line is pay in cash/cheques (use a Post Office) or remove cash (ATM). I have been with them a number of years and on the rare occasion I have had a problem, it has been solved immediately. More than I can say for the other banks I am with! Insurance Renewal

I had been given a quote by Comfort for my Insurance renewal. I considered it a bit expensive so did some comparison. It turned out to be reasonable. So I contacted Comfort to renew. They concluded that they had made a mistake with the quote and offered me an approx £100 reduction. Excellent, friendly and honest service. Well done. Reviewed on: 13th September 2017
