Review of the Dudley Building Society, Savings:

A year long Savings Account

A year long savings was used every month and matured in Oct 2026 . It was a branch operated acc . Every face to face contact with staff in the local branch was positive : individuals were knowledgeable, friendly , and keen to help . I was assisted with the completion of the savings acc. Application which was straightforward and not time consuming ( one small observation would be that the form boxes for signature and e-mail details could do with being bigger. ) I was able to track the progress of my savings with Dudley B S on line system which has a user friendly operation and was updated with my deposits in a timely manner . At the conclusion of the savings acc . I was sent a pre-paid envelope to be able to send in my passbook via post . This was v. useful and is something that not all savings providers do . At the maturity date the savings plus accrued interest was sent out to my nominated acc. exactly on the date scheduled, and I received my monies by around 11 am on the next working day. All in all I was v. happy with the process and I’m pleased to have another 3 savings accounts with Dudley BS on the go at the moment. Reviewed on: 15th October 2026

A new customer and impressed with the firm s efficiency.

There is little worse than being stranded at the side of the Rd. when U want to be travelling. One Call insurance were curteous on the Tel. and helped me out efficiently by getting help for my non-starting motorbike. I would have no hesitation in recommending One Call Insurance because of their good value + the help that they have provided. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
