Human Empathic Call handlers

Left One call Insurance as shopped on line and believed I'd found a better/cheaper deal..........oh dear it all went wrong from there. Other Ins Co. made an absolute mess of my policy and when they finally allowed me to cancel, I made a call to One Call, the call handler took time to explain why/how the other company had made errors and was so understanding, I then asked if I could reinsure with them, it was all sorted immediately and was left feeling:- a) somebody cared/understood b) wanted to help and did........exceptionally well. Keep up the good work, if all One Call Call handlers are this good, you will certainly win the award. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
