Fantastic service

Had an incident in my car which I am convinced was a ‘crash for cash’ set-up. Left me very shaken. One call dealt with the claim very thoroughly and kept me informed when the other driver tried to claim personal injury compensation. I was always kept up to date with the situation and I was relieved that the case never made it to court. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Amazing insurers

I recently was involved in a car ‘accident’, where a 3rd party slammed on her brakes in front of me as I was turning out of a junction. They were very supportive of my side of the experience. They never made me feel like they weren’t listening and heard my side of the situation. I felt heard and they were very professional and polite at all times and I feel they deserve the award for being there for their customers, for making me feel that I was valued, and I never felt like I was being judged on what ultimately was a horrible situation that shouldn’t happen to anyone. Amazing service

I noticed my car windscreen had a crack in it when I returned to the car park. I rang One Call Insurance and was put through to a local windscreen repairer immediately. Having paid the excess, I was booked in very quickly and my windscreen replaced promptly and all this during the COVID pandemic. Very friendly staff made the experience easy to fix.
