No Customer Service Available?!!!

I needed to call One Call Insurance to get a quote for adding my son on my current insurance. I call the number I had in my contacts and this number is no longer available. The automated message said to visit my portal for any questions I needed an answer to or use the Live Chat! What Live Chat? There isn't one. I also noticed that my no claims was not protected. I need answers but there is no one to talk to! If I cancel my policy and go with another insurer, how can I prove that my no claims have been protected. I have been wirh One Call dor a number of years and have not had any problem with them until now. Where or who do we turn to now for answers? It's shocking behaviour Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Why Go Elsewhere When I have had 13 Years of Great Service!

I have been with One Call insurance for 13 years and as I have been a loyal customer they have shown loyalty to also. They contact me occasionally to check that I am happy with my cover and if there is anything more they can do. Their Customer Service is although very professional, very engaging too. Reliable Insurers who put their customers needs first

I have been with One Call Insurance for a long time and in the past I thought about looking for another Car Insurer but I am so glad I stayed with them. They have been very helpful over the years and the advice they give always has my best interest.
