Good value insurance for pre-existing medical conditions.

Insurance was easy to arrange online and the price was very competitive. I hope the service lives up to expectations if I need to claim. Reviewed on: 8th August 2019

Good start but increased charges later

I have a multi-car policy which was very competitively priced when it started but making changes has been expensive and records are not always updated correctly. - Administration charge of approx £25 just to change an address - increased premium of approx £300 due to change of address but letter still sent to previous address - increased premium due to no fault accident (driver was in the house with car parked outside when it was hit by a passing vehicle whose insurance paid up), even though the car is now kept in a lower risk location. - letter received from Admiral Legal encouraging a claim for personal injury for the driver who was in the house when the car was damaged! Good service from friendly staff

Easy and competitively priced travel insurance for someone with an existing medical condition. I have had to phone a couple of times and the people I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th September 2017
