One happy customer..

I had to contact Hastings Direct about my insurance and add another motorbike to it, the young lady was helpful, polite and friendly. I honestly thought it would take ages but it was sorted in a very short time and she ended our conversation with, "thank you for your call, is there anything else you need to know?" And " enjoy the rest of your day,,, take care,,,, good bye". Well done, treated like a valued customer and nothing was too much bother. I've been with other insurance companies and they can learn a lot from Hastings Direct.... Reviewed on: 19th August 2026
