Outstanding provider

I have purchased my car insurance with One Call again this year. There are so many providers out there when it comes time to renew but I have remained with One Call again this year because they have been fantastic and have always made me feel valued as a customer. My renewal quote is always a fair price and was less this year than last which was nice. Their customer portal is excellent and easy to use and the one time I needed to use my breakdown cover they were superb and very very fast in getting me the assistance I needed. I never used to renew with the same provider as there is always a cheaper quote right? Well one call have always bettered that and without issue and have always provided me with excellent service. They are the best in the business and deserve recognition of this. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021
