Couldn't fault them until they closed my account. I can never reopen one after almost a year - even though my circumstances have changed. But simple online account management was the best thing about Sunny

Managing my oustanding loans with Sunny was simple, quick and straight forward. Was great even via smartphone. Simple affordable monthly payments, no early repayment fees. However.. Negative about Sunny. They closed my account and they have told me I will never be eligble to re-open one even though my circumstances have changed. Wasn't even given the chance to explain! If Sunny didn't send approved funds within 15 minutes (approx) my opinion of them would be totally differe... Reviewed on: 19th May 2016
