The customer services are very friendly and easy to talk to and very understanding if a payment doesnt go out on time so they try it at a later date but dont bombard you with phone calls. They always send an email to you 2 or 3 days to remind you about your car insurance is due to come out. Overall highly recommended and a brilliant company with good prices.
