Good Insurance

Not had any issues, no issues using the live chat or customer portal when I have needed it. Not yet needed to use the claims line so cannot comment on this area of the business. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Affordable Insurance

Good prices, good live chat facility, kept up to date with products, not had to use Customer services or Claim line as of yet, so cannot comment on that side of things yet! Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

A good brand all round

It's great to have an affordable first time insurance, that still offers a lot of different add one and options. I work for a different motor insurance company that I definitely wouldn't be able to purchase! Whilst I haven't needed to use the telephone services for either customer service or claims, I was pleased with how easy it was to navigate the website for setting up the insurance in the first place.
