Very compassionate company

When I sadly lost my pup, Lifetime Pet Cover sent a personal email acknowledging my loss and offering their condolences. They made the process of cancelling my cover, at a very difficult time, very straightforward. This is why I chose to take out cover with them again when we got our next pup. Thank you.
