Always helpful, and it's so easy to change whatever you need to on the app! I have had nothing but a good experience with them, I have looked at other car insurers, none of them are as good value as by Miles! They are definitely the best! Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

So glad I found Miles

I really like the fact that I pay for the miles I do, which are not a lot, and I always wanted an insurance company like miles. They can see how many miles I do, which most other insurance companies do not and would never accept my estimated annual miles. Brilliant company and they make everything so easy for you. Best car insurance I've ever had

So glad I found this car insurance company, they communicate with the customer and keep you informed of the amount of miles you have done each month, and you can chat to someone who is always there to help and assist you and the help is instant.
