10/10 for the service provided by Jane Longmore when we applied for a mortgage. Couldn't ask for better. Overall rating only 4 stars because there were a couple of hitches involving the Hanley underwriters which were unnecessary and caused us significant stress at critical times during the application. However, it's good to be part of this Society now.
