Very reassuring building society to be part of

10/10 for the service provided by Jane Longmore when we applied for a mortgage. Couldn't ask for better. Overall rating only 4 stars because there were a couple of hitches involving the Hanley underwriters which were unnecessary and caused us significant stress at critical times during the application.
