Very poor service

Wish I had read the reviews. Lloyds will charge you £25 to change bank details. Charged me today despite being completed online. They will charge £25 to change car details. In fact they will charge you £25 for every change you notify. Contact call centre, sorry we are really busy with long queues. Stay away from Lloyds car insurance. I purchased mine last week and regret it already. Reviewed on: 15th October 2021
