very easy to set up

was happy to set up this policy, until the end when it became clear there was a third party involved, IE, Premium Credit, with little knowledge of their involvement! And very nearly aborted proceeding. Not happy that I could not set a date for the monthly installments to be withdrawn, In my case nearer the month end, as this is when I want the policy to start. And finding out P/C want five pounds to reset this date. As a new customer being sent to there their site "P/C" to get all this explained, and not being able to speak to someone at P/C untill after the weekend to sort didn't help my frustration. Perhaps a bit more info on your site, IE that you deal with a third party (credit company) who underwrite the cost., would be more helpful in allowing a prospective customer to make their decision first as to proceeding! As, it is set up now it makes it all very shady and the only way to lure in customers. Reviewed on: 16th September 2017
