Outstanding, competent service!

Laka are absolutely outstanding. I’ve been insured with them for just over three years and have had to make two claims in that time. On both occasions the service was faultless – the team are consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. They work with excellent bike shops, which really shows in the quality of support you receive. When my handlebars were stolen, they sourced the specialist pair I originally had and went out of their way to make sure they were the correct fit. The claims process is simple and stress-free, and refunds have always arrived quickly. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

Call time is very long and customer service reps do not always deliver

The call times are always very long - then when you do get through the customer service reps do not always do what they say, eg send emails - the you have to call back and wait on hold again for another hour Reviewed on: 28th October 2021
