First class service

Customer service excellent. I had the misfortune of having to make a claim for a broken drain to our ground floor toilet, our first house insurance claim in more than 30 years. Contacted Policy expert and they dealt with this and completed the repair in about 6 working days. I also had cover with Home Serve through Yorkshire Water who couldn't deal with it because they said brickwork needed removing and they don't do structural work. Policy Expert's appointed contractor did the repair with no need to remove brickwork. Reviewed on: 17th September 2017
