Terrible costumer support and app

How annoying is this barclays,waiting next available day to move all money and direct debits from this crp bank,if you want headaches barclays is the right bank for you, they can complicate the easiest things , and make your life really hard.3hours trying to talk with someone,gonna have to wait for bank to open and talk with some idiot there.I wish they bankrupt.
