Terrible Insurance

I have been a client for decades. I am now ill and they are impossible to deal with. Usual wait time on phone is about 1 hour (I have timed it mulitple times). They are sweet when you get through but don't cover many London specialists even though I have their top level of cover. I spend many frustrating hours trying to establish they will pay what they are contracted to. Not fun when you are ill. AVOID. Reviewed on: 29th November 2021
