Unethical, Uncaring and Uncoordinated Staff and Systems

Put my payments for reimbursement on hold as they are stupid, different computer systems and teams do not communicate. You have to call the same number and can pushed across three teams of half wits, each of whom are rude and obtuse - seeking to make you ‘not bother’ so they can keep the money and pay out. The most unethical and manipulative pack of chumps you could imagine. Their App is ‘atrocious’ and their teams feckless, unhelpful and incapable. Avoid this shower of shite!
