Outrageous customer service

Communication with Vitality is a nightmare. Extremely poor customer service. Nobody answers the emails, and being waiting on phone over 1 hour is a joke. The care hub is useless too, so you have to be on the phone to get trough to customer service every time you need get any information or authorisation to proceed with treatment required by specialist.
