On-line banking since it switched to virgin is dire

On-line banking since it switched to virgin has been dire, using either the virgin, or the old clydesdale on-line. Been waiting for 10 minutes now, trying to move money, while it's saying 'Loading', it's not the first time. It's been happening more and more since Virgin came into the act. I've been with Clydesdale 30+ years, now I'm going to change. Reviewed on: 24th December 2021
