So long to sort a simple issue

DANGER DANGER Noticed fraudulent payments coming out of my account from one source. Was asked to freeze my account which i did. 3 week later matter still not resolved and they are holding on to a cash payment I made the day before. Little or no response from the Bank. Matter still not resolved. Having to start a formal complaints procedure to resolve a simple matter. Effecting my business as I have payments to deposit and no trustworthy business bank account. The lack of contact and customer disregard from a CUSTOMER CARE department that should be there to SUPPORT. Avoid these guy like the plague.
