The app is easy to use.

The app is easy to use. straight forward to set up accounts and transfer money into, and out of, accounts and different banks. I’ve needed to call customer services a couple of times. Always helpful. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Brilliant bank

Easy to set up the account. As soon as it was set up, the pp asked if I wanted to add the card to Apple Pay so it could be used immediately. The card was delivered. Few days later. I tried the account for a few weeks. Spending notifications came through almost immediately for card and Apple Pay transactions. I went through the current account swap process. It was completed on the allocated day. Two direct debits went wonky, but calling Starling resolved the issue. Seemed like... Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
